Hormats was Kissinger's homeboy so you know he's a str8 shooter. ha. I'm sure he'll fit in just fine as a minion in the Obama cabinet. :-) Hormats and the sec go way back, but the commissioners are appointed by the prez w/ little-to-no senate oversight.
